In a couple sentences, how would you describe your path to becoming an investor?

I started working at High Line Venture Partners, and focused on the consumer industry. I then left to start my own startup in the restaurant discovery space, which ended up getting acquired by Tasting Table. Furthermore, I setup a fund with a family office to focus on sports & real estate tech, and now I'm very excited about gaming, gambling, crypto/NFT.

Expertise and passion for the problem.

What's your style and approach when it comes to working with founders post-investment? What are the characteristics of founders you've worked well with?

We get involved from a strategic perspective so we like to open doors for founders if it's meaningful to them.

If I'm coming to pitch to you or your firm, what's the one piece of advice you'd give me?

Be able to explain long term vision succinctly.

What do you like best about investing in NYC, and what’s your outlook on the future of NYC tech?

The diversity of types of companies, and of talent.
