During his 9 yr tenure he managed the development and implementation of integrated Facebook marketing partnerships as the company scaled from 20 million to 1.5 billion monthly active users. Joshua was a top performing culture carrier for the US sales organization, growing and empowering his teams to excel with a consistent approach of inspiration, confidence building and long-term solution guidance. Joshua was a lead contributor in the development of some of Facebook’s most successful teams and joint business partnerships with Facebook’s top partners. He was a leader in the transformation of Facebook’s market presence from a media sales organization to a market leading team of trusted business partners. Since his departure at Facebook, Joshua has been supporting a number of not for profits, including Hudson River Park Friends and most recently The Gun Safety Alliance and the March for Our Lives team as well as mentoring a variety of startup CEOs in New York and San Francisco.
