Integrity, grit, curiosity, ability to inspire, domain expertise.

What's your style and approach when it comes to working with founders post-investment? What are the characteristics of founders you've worked well with?

As a former founder, I enjoy working with first time founders, where ideally they bring unique domain insights to compliment.

If I'm coming to pitch to you or your firm, what's the one piece of advice you'd give me?

An open conversation is better than a sales pitch. Transparency and self-awareness goes a long way with me.

How would you describe your own personal mission and values, and how do they impact the way you invest?

I'm driven by impact - from me to my firm, from my firm to the founders we invest in, and from our portfolio companies to their industries and society at large.
